Melbourne Adele Fans Affected By Train Lines

Adele takes to the stage in Melbourne this weekend, with over 70,000 people expected to attend each night.

However, Metro Trains have announced some major works that will take place this weekend and see extensive works carried out on two train lines.

Commuters on the Hurstbridge Line are being warned to be aware that it will take an extra 45 minutes to travel, with buses replacing trains between Clifton Hill and Greensborough all weekend.

The Craigieburn line is also affected, with buses replacing trains between North Melbourne and Craigieburn. It is expected that it will take 45 minutes extra here too.

With buses in operation, crowding is possible at the stations where the replacements start, so more time may be needed here.

Extra trains will be running from Clifton Hill and North Melbourne to Southern Cross to appease the commuters.

Good luck, Melbourne!
