Bliss N Eso To Pay Their Respects To Killed Stuntman
Last month a tragedy occurred on the set of Bliss N Eso's music clip that killed stuntman Johann Ofner.
Today the band have announced how they plan to pay tribute to the man who lost his life, in the best way they know how.
The Aussie hip-hop trio have announced a tribute performance dedicated to Johann - with all proceeds going to his loved ones.
"The past few weeks have been some of the toughest times we’ve ever been through both individually and as a band," they posted to Facebook.
"It has been a constant roller coaster of emotions and we really appreciate all the ongoing support from our friends, family and loyal fans.
"We continue to offer our support to the family and friends of Johann Ofner who tragically passed away on the set of our music video.
"We are thankful for his family’s blessing in allowing us to put on this tribute concert, to celebrate the life of this amazing man and loving father."
The concert will be held at Coolangatta Hotel next month with tickets now onsale.
The venue is fitting considering Ofner's hometown was the Gold Coast.
What's more special is that not only are the band foregoing any profits, but the venue, suppliers and ticketing company are also waiving all of their fees, with all money raised to go towards Ofner's daugther and family.
While they cannot the man back, hopefully this can ease the burden on his family.
There is an ongoing investigation into the death of the stuntman being undertaken by police.
