Aziz Ansari Accused Of Sexual Misconduct

Comedian and actor Aziz Ansari is the latest Hollywood star to be hit with claims of sexual misconduct after a woman who allegedly went on a date with the celebrity last year has spoken out.

According to US Website Babe, the woman identified only as "Grace" has chosen now to come forward with her claims about the 34-year-old actor after becoming angered that he wore a "Times Up" pin to the Golden Globes where he won the award for best actor.

The woman, who was 22 at the time, is said to have gone on a date with Ansari and then ended up in his apartment in Tribeca. She claims that they kissed before Ansali touched her and undressed her.

She says that she asked him to stop but he didn't listen and proceeded to forcibly perform oral sex on her.

Speaking to Babe, the woman says that she initially liked the actor but soon got cold feet and used "verbal and non-verbal cues" to express her discomfort. She was shocked to find that this didn't stop the actor.

"Most of my discomfort was expressed in me pulling away and mumbling. I know that my hand stopped moving at some points," she said.

The woman then claims that Ansari urged her to perform oral sex on him and she complied.

"I think I just felt really pressured. It was literally the most unexpected thing I thought would happen at that moment because I told him I was uncomfortable," she continued.

"I just remember looking in the mirror and seeing him behind me. He was very much caught up in the moment and I obviously very much wasn't.

"After he bent me over is when I stood up and said, 'No, I don't think I'm ready to do this, I really don't think I'm going to do this.' And he said, 'How about we just chill, but this time with our clothes on?"

After agreeing to stop, the woman claims that Ansari put the TV on but continued to kiss her, stick his fingers down her throat and undo her pants. It was at this point that the woman says she decided to leave and asked the actor to call her a car service, which he did.

The day after the alleged encounter the woman once again attempted to express how uncomfortable she was via text message. A screenshot of the conversation was posted to Babe's Instagram.

"Last night might have been fun for you, but it wasn't for me," she wrote. "You ignored clear non-verbal cues; you kept going with advances."

Ansari responded to her message saying, "I'm so sad to hear this. Clearly, I misread things in the moment and I'm truly sorry.

However, the actor known for his role in The Master Of None has not yet publicly responded to the allegations.

More as we get it.
