Niall Horan Performed Live At The Country Music Awards
Niall Horan is having the ultimate month of his life.
Between releasing his debut album Flicker (which debuted at #1) and a slew of hits off the record, Niall has just added 'live duet' at the 2017 Country Music Awards.
Joined by the gorgeous Maren Morris, the duo sang “Seeing Blind,” a country-fied duet from Flicker and their performance was one to remember.
Don’t even know where to start with this. Last night was simply one of the best nights I’ve had in my career. I️ had the chance to be a part of one of the biggest nights in Music . The people of the country music are the most beautiful , welcoming , unified , kind and talented bunch You’ll ever meet and I️ thank them for that . Thank you to the loveliest girl in Music , @marenmorris .Having your voice on a song I️ wrote is a real privilege but , to share the CMA stage with you and have so much fun while doing so ,is a different level. I️ can’t wait to share the stage with you many more times on tour next year .
In a recent interview with Billboard Style, Morris spoke about collaborating with the pop singer on "Seeing Blind."
“It was really cool for me to hear that side from him, because I know he’s a fan of country music," Maren said. "But for him to really show props and understand how much of an honor it is to play on that stage was so refreshing to me.”
Morris added: “He’s a huge fan of this genre, and he completely gets the weight of getting to debut this song on the CMA stage.”

Wilhelmina Models is celebrating it’s 50th anniversary this year -- recently signed Maren Morris to its celebrity division, and now they’re including her “Seeing Blind” cohort, Niall Horan.
On the heels of his solo album, Flicker, which debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 in October, Horan joins other Wilhelmina artists who double as models, including Nicki Minaj, Shawn Mendes, Machine Gun Kelly and Leona Lewis.
The 24-year-old admittedly never thought about modeling, but says he's simply taking non-music related opportunities as they come. “I’m into the fashion side of things. I think it’s part of our culture, and what we do, and my job,” he told Vanity Fair.
“I wouldn’t say I was a model. I’m far from that, but obviously Wilhelmina thinks different. It’s gonna be fun to see what happens. Now that it’s been put in front of me I’m just really excited about it to be honest.”
While on Instagram Live this morning, Niall joked to one of his roadies: "Did you hear I'm a male model now??"
He then looked at the camera and said, "How can I be a male model with this double chin??"
LOL. We love you Niall.
