After a few days of silence, Radiohead’s management finally came forward and publicly denied involvement in a lawsuit with Lana.
“As Radiohead’s music publisher, it’s true that we’ve been in discussions since August of last year with Lana Del Rey’s representatives,” a rep for the company said in a statement.

A rep for the band said Radiohead had no further comment.
During a Denver concert earlier this week, Lana alluded that the alleged lawsuit could result in Get Free being removed from her album.
“Those sentiments that I wrote, I really am going to strive for them, even if that song is not on future physical releases of the record”.
