Rihanna and Adam Driver Set To Star In A Musical Together
What happens when you put a Star Wars villain and a pop kween in film together?
A musical, apparently.
It's been confirmed that RiRi and the Girls star are set to star in "Annette", a music-filled drama directed by cult French filmmaker Leos Carax.
So far, we don't know anything about the plot, but we do know the film will involve original songs by Sparks, and filming will begin in Spring later this year.
Rihanna, 29, is slowly adding more and more acting credits to her resume. This year you can catch her as Marion Crane in the series Bates Motel. The actress/singer will also star as an alien stripper (as you do), in Cara Delevingne's upcoming flick, Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets, set for release later this year.
RiRi also made time to film her role in the all-female highly anticipated Oceans Eight. "I just want to pick films that are wise for me and roles that I can pull off, nothing that is too big for me," she recently told BBC Radio 1.
To say we're excited for this new movie, would be a serious understatement.
