P!nk SLAMS New Zealand Bar In Public Outburst

Pink has come under fire after publicly vilifying an Auckland bar for allegedly turning her away, claiming they could not accommodate the performer's entourage.

The singer took to Twitter to slam Auckland's Deadshot bar, a speak-easy style business, tweeting: "Man I've been to some cool bars around the world, and Dead shot on Ponsonby road is not one of them."

While many were initially disgusted at the bar's actions, the 39-year-old failed to mention that she had a large entourage accompanying her.

The bar's manager and co-owner Heather Garland opened up to News.com.au about the situation, and how it was simply a matter of space.

"Unfortunately when her group showed up we just didn’t have space for them. We usually only take groups of six or less and they were expecting 30 people. They were very nice and understanding at the time." She added, "We did have some of her crew in a couple of nights earlier in the week and they were lovely and we had a great time with them."

"We would have loved to have Pink come in but unfortunately we just can’t fit groups of that size in our little cocktail bar."

The bar even went so far as to offer to ring around and try and find the group an alternative venue.

Fans have responded to Pink's tweet, accusing her of 'bullying' the small business.

Pink’s husband, Carey Hart even weighed in on the backlash, asking a fan: "Were you there or just reading the story?"

The singer has officially finished the New Zealand leg of her tour, and is returning to Australia to perform her final Sydney shows that were cancelled last month.
