Justin Bieber slammed retailer H&M for selling merchandise with his lyrics & image.
The Canadian singer took to his Instagram story writing, “I didn’t approve any of the merch collection that they put up at H&M .. all without my permission and approval, I wouldn’t buy it if I were you.”
He then posted a second time to his 270 followers: “The H&M merch they made of me is trash and I didn’t approve it. Don’t buy it.”

Bieber has his own set of merch for sale on his official website, including hoodies, sweatpants and t-shirts that feature his image and references to lyrics from his latest album Justice. The singer also established his own line called ‘Drew’, a reference to his middle name in 2019.
H&M has since pulled the unapproved merch from their stores and website, even though a rep for H&M says that they “followed proper approval procedures.”
